Martha Lile Love Award for Excellence in Teaching
In 2014, I was the recipient of the Martha Lile Love Award for Excellence in Teaching Philosophy for the Bioethics class I taught that summer. The recipient is chosen from graduate instructors in philosophy who taught courses on any of the three University of Toronto campuses during the previous academic year. The winner is selected by a department committee of professors, and the award is given for originality in course design and effectiveness in delivery.
